Who are we and why should I care?
Hope and harmony Group Home is a residential home dedicated to supporting individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities to realized their goals and works with them to achieve independence while fostering dignity and respect.
What are the reasons that makes us #1?
We understand what works and what doesn’t. Our programs are based on the values that everyone has personal needs and deserves respect: to belong, to be loved, to be treated with dignity and respect. Also, our services are based on a person-centered approach which gives them opportunity to meet their societal expectation and maximize their quality of life.
Are your staff well trained?
Yes. All our staff receive state-mandated training. In addition, our staff receive specialized training on medication administration, behavior intervention, emergency preparedness, infection control, and serious incident reporting.
Do your residents share rooms?
All our residents have private rooms and some even have their private bathrooms.
Can we arrange a tour for the family?
Yes. Families are welcome to tour our residents once they have determined our home will become a potential resident to meet their needs.
What is your ratio to staff at the residence/home?
We provide 24-hr / 7 days a week service to ensure resident care and safety. At a minimum the base ratio is 2:4 (4 residents to two Hope and harmony Group Homes staff member).
